A professional chemical peel family selected around the skin concern - not a one-formula-fits-all peel.

VI Peel is a family of professional chemical peels rather than one universal formula. The appropriate option depends on the skin concern, skin type, history, medications, previous reactions and the treatment plan.

Peeling and visible flaking commonly develop after treatment. Timing and intensity vary. Follow the provided aftercare instructions, avoid picking peeling skin, and protect the skin from sun exposure.
VI Peel is often more relevant when pigmentation, active acne or superficial texture is the dominant concern. Microneedling is more focused on collagen remodeling and established textural change. Some patients may use both at different stages rather than choosing one forever.

VI Peel was included early in Nikita’s overall skin plan when active breakouts, discoloration and inflammation were still present. Later, after active breakout activity improved, her plan shifted toward microneedling + PRP for texture and scarring.

The visible peeling period varies by formula and individual response. Your provider will give you a post-peel timeline and aftercare instructions.
A peel may help selected discoloration and superficial texture, but established textural scars can require collagen-remodeling or other scar-focused treatments.
VI Peel may be considered in a broader melasma plan, but melasma is a chronic pigment condition and should not be framed as a one-peel cure.
They may both be part of a longer plan, but they are generally staged rather than performed simply because both exist on the menu.
