Mesotox uses a diluted neuromodulator solution delivered through multiple superficial micro-injections. At Inara, it is positioned primarily as a skin-refining treatment - particularly when visible pore size and uneven-looking texture are the concern.

It is more accurate to talk about reducing the visible appearance of pores than permanently changing normal pore anatomy. Pores are normal structures. The goal is smoother, more refined-looking skin when Mesotox is appropriate.
Mesotox and microneedling can both appear in a “texture” conversation, but they are not interchangeable. Mesotox is used at Inara for visible pores and superficial skin refinement. Microneedling creates controlled microchannels to stimulate remodeling and is more relevant when established post-acne texture or scarring is part of the concern.

If visible pores exist alongside active breakouts or post-acne discoloration, treatment may need to be staged. VI Peel and Mesotox can play different roles within a broader skin plan.

Nikita’s early plan included VI Peel and a series of Mesotox treatments while active concerns were being managed. Once visible breakout activity improved, the focus shifted toward post-acne texture and scarring with microneedling + PRP. Mesotox was one phase of the plan - not the explanation for the entire result.

No. The techniques and treatment goals differ.
For established textural acne scarring, a collagen-remodeling treatment such as microneedling may be more relevant. The scar type and condition of the skin should be assessed first.
